How to reach a person, and what happens when you do.

Contact

Email jamie@novelthinking.ai. That address reaches a person, not a ticketing system, and it is the right address for anything at all — a bug, a question about your data, or something somebody sent you.

Reporting a puzzle somebody sent you

Players can build puzzles in the Puzzle Constructor and send them to each other by an eight-character code. If somebody sends you one that should not have been sent, open it from your shelf and choose Report this board. Pick what is wrong with it and add anything worth knowing.

Reports are read within 24 hours. A board that should not be in circulation is blocked, which means its code stops opening for everybody. A board already on somebody's device stays there — blocking stops it spreading further, it does not reach copies already handed out.

You can also email the address above, with the code, if you would rather not use the in-app form.

Blocking somebody

The same card offers to block whoever sent it. Their puzzles leave your shelf and this device stops accepting new ones from them; nothing is deleted, and you can undo it from the maker settings. Worth knowing what that is and is not: a sender is a name somebody typed, and nothing verifies it, so somebody blocked can change their name and get through again. If a board needs more than that, report it — that reaches a person.

Your data

There is no account and no sign-up. What is stored, and where, is set out in full under Settings → About and legal, inside the app.
